I am a initiative thinker and enabler. I advocate positive playful childhoods & seek to nurture life long - curiosity, creativity, well being, growth, learning and development. I find it fascinating exploring the interplay between: government regulation and policy, governance, academic research, leadership, management, practice, pedagogy, quality assurance and improvement, organisational and workforce development (though maybe not all at the same time or in the same breath). The pre-election raft of "Policies and Proclamations" re... learning, development, health, well-being etc across the ages continue to provide much food for thought.
