Leads/manages student employees - Assists the Access Services Librarian with monitoring work flow and assigning tasks to student employees. When needed, provides training in Interlibrary Loan procedures for new student employees.
Process requests in both Lending and Borrowing Departments. As needed, troubleshoot problem requests by working cooperatively with other libraries as well as other departments within the University of Maryland Library system to ensure that both partnering libraries and the University's own patrons are satisfied.
