On September 2014, I have completed 5 years experience in sales of pharmaceutical products. I'm now a KAM for Merck Serono UAE ( Abu Dhabi - Al Ain) & Oman since March 2014. I am a graduate from faculty of Pharmacy Cairo University 2009 and I joined Bayer as a product specialist since September, 2009 till end of 2011; then I joined Novartis UAE as medical representative at the beginning of 2012 till February 2014. As working in pharma industry, I have been able to build up a strong foundation of customer service skills & good medical experience in addition to understanding the buyer’s motives and delivering creative solutions in order to maintain successful mutual relationship.
