Men as Change Agents:
Developing Higher Performing
Teams Through Gender Diversity
Program Introduction:
As the workforce continues to diversify, managing change and
people has become more complex. Individual aspirations and
motivators have become less clear and traditional methods
for maintaining a positive, productive team may no longer
be effective. This seminar is designed to help male leaders
understand and manage a more diverse workforce through
careful examination of real and perceived gender differences
and how these differences can impact the organization.
Participants in this program will enhance their understanding
of unconscious bias and how to unlock the energy, commitment
and contribution of each member of their team. This program
will provide insights for male leaders and managers not only
regarding gender stereotypes but also attitudes, behaviors
and beliefs that might be different from their own.
Comments from seminar participants:
“Men in leadership owe it to their organization,
shareholders, and employees to engage in changing
the culture’s to enable diverse perspectives to thrive
and flourish. This program provides practical ways
to help make that happen.”“I liked the case study
exercises the most – enjoyed
“You will leave more thoughtful than when
you entered.”

	 and stereotypes
