Rachel Dool brings over 10 years experience in customer service, communication, Lean process improvement, WordPress website content management, blogging and administration. She is a Certified Blog Assistant. As a previous Physiotherapist herself, her passion is helping Physiotherapists and other Health professionals to free their time thereby allowing them to focus on their love of practice.
