Mestek Lamine is a PHD student in Political Science and International Relations at Algiers -3 University. His dissertation research is on “Security threats in the Sahel region and its relationship to the Algerian national security.” Mestek holds two Master’s degrees from Tizi-Ouzou and Blida universities, Algeria, in Political Science and International Relations respectively.
