Contract negotiation for obtaining cost savings and procurement`s tasks follow up according with Project Manager requests. Assessment of contract risks based on work scope activities and supplier evaluation. The ability to interpret, formulate and/or amend contracts reflecting business requirements as well as the ability to understand and apply appropriate legislation. Preparing the contracts with suppliers with detailed analysis of compliance clauses and scope of services ,in the EPCM and PMC industry.
