I have had a lengthy public service career that reflects over twenty years of experience in public health, public policy, program development, program evaluation and strategic planning at the federal, state and local government levels. I have had a successful history with grants that includes identifying, writing and managing over $15 million of grant funded programs and services. I enjoy being a resource person, problem solver, group facilitator and providing creative leadership.
