Fixing squeaky chains of digital engagement. When I'm in a bicycle race I win by making others lose to me or my teammates. When I'm at work I win by helping everyone succeed.Competitive cycling and my diverse work experiences have given me the abilities to integrate data, technology and people around a focused purpose in many different situations to win a race or help organizations succeed through robust digital communities.The finish line or final tweet correctly get the most attention, but connecting all the parts and activities (many that go unnoticed by others) leading up to the last crescendo are what I value most and excel at achieving.
