They received feedback from teachers who filled it out electronically. The questions helped identify the target audience and their news watching expectations. The responses were evenly split between males and females, providing enough data. Most interactions came from people aged 39 and over, showing the need to target older viewers. The largest percentage liked watching full broadcasts and weather reports, so the program included a main story then weather.
