I enjoy the enchanting smiles of users that experience well designed websites. I'm a Content Strategist with a vast experience in UX Design, especially User Research and Prototyping. I run the Zurich Content Strategy Meetup and am the author of Protostrap, a rapid prototyping framework for designers. I'm the founder of Less A Mess, Switzerland's first Content Strategy Agency. I live and work in Zurich and I'm an active member of the local UX and Web of Things communities.
