Many strive to worship a god because humans were created by Jehovah to seek Him. However, sin prevents a good relationship with God. The judgment day is coming when Christ returns, and all who have died will be raised from the dead to face judgment. People should prepare now by obeying the gospel of Christ through hearing, believing, repenting of sins, confessing faith, and baptism.

- 2. Why is it so many strive for worship to a god? Why do people seek relationships? Is there something coming in the future of which we need to be concerned?
- 3. Many Do Strive To Worship Something… Because Jehovah created us to seek Him. Acts 17:22-27 We are without excuse! Romans 1:18-21 We should conclude there is a God who created everything. Genesis 1:1 To worship God we must have a good relationship with Him. Jn. 4:24 Sin prevents a good relationship. Gen. 3; Is. 59:1-2 Must let Him discipline us. Heb. 12:5-11
- 4. Many Seek Relationships… Much of God’s creation has companions/relationships. Gen. 2:18-24 Seek a relationship with the Creator, Jesus. He is the Creator. Col. 1:13-18; Heb. 1:1-2 He wants us to come to Him. Jn. 12:32-33; Jn. 6:45; 1 Cor. 2:2; 2 Thes. 2:14 He wants us to be saved! 1 Tim. 2:4; Mt. 11:28-30 We can have fellowship with Him. 1 Jn.1:3-4; 2Jn.9 The blessings in Christ… Jn. 15:14; 10:10; Eph.1:3
- 5. The Judgment Day Is Coming! God has appointed the day. Acts 17:30-31 The Judgment is coming! Acts 10:34-43 No man knows the day nor the hour not even the Son, but the Father only. Acts 1:6-8; Mt. 24:36; Mark 13:32-37 All who have died will be raised from the dead. John 5:28-29 When Christ comes back the Judgment will begin. 1 Thes. 4:13-18; 2 Thes. 1:7-9
