People are the number one asset to any business, primarily because they are charged with creating value and executing the vision/mission of the business. Therefore, people deserve to be given the same respect and treatment as customers. My belief is that people come to work to do a good job and don’t intend to make mistakes. With this belief in mind, my focus is to create meaningful work, make people feel part of solutions and have some fun doing it. Individuals break records but teams win championships.
