- 1. Welcome to tonight’s webinar Welcome! We will begin this webinar at 7:00 pm CT All Participant phone lines have been placed on mute. The Presenters cannot hear the Participants at this time, nor can Participants hear each other. However, Participants will be able to hear the Presenters when they begin. You will receive instructions regarding how to ask questions during the program. Please stand by…. If you are participating in both the online and audio portions of the webinar, DID YOU LOG IN ONLINE BEFORE DIALING IN? When you logged in you should have seen a pop-up screen that gave you three numbers: a phone number to call, a session number to enter, and an individual ID code to enter last. If you did not enter the individual ID code, please log off, hang up, and start over.
- 2. To Ask a Question Click in the Text field of the Q&A panel in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen and type your question. If you just type your name, your will be called upon later to ask your question. Click the “Send” button.
- 3. This ends the presentation portion of the webinar First the Presenter will address the typed questions that were submitted during the presentation. The Presenter will then “open the floor” for additional questions. If you would like to ask a question rather than type it, click on the “Raise Hand” button and the Presenter will call on you in the order that the Hands were raised.
- 4. Thank you for your participation To close this webinar screen, click the X-shaped “Close” button in the top right corner of your screen. After you close the webinar, please complete the evaluation form for this webinar.
