Michelle Kershner is the Business Development Specialist for the City of Frederick’s Department of Economic Development. In addition to assisting businesses, she also focuses on marketing and communications efforts. Michelle has been with the department since April of 2014, and brings with her over fifteen years of experience. Prior to working for The City of Frederick, she was the Marketing & Communication Manager for the Tourism Council of Frederick County. She also has valuable experience working with communities and businesses as a Main Street Manager in Brunswick, Maryland. Michelle holds a bachelors degree from McDaniel College in Westminster, Maryland.
