Involved in education and the implementation of various training programmes for over twenty years. During this time, I have developed and facilitated many learning programmes and projects. I am passionate about all levels of education and training. Due to my career and training, I am adept in training techniques in both pedagogy and andragogy. With a BA honours degree in youth and community work and a master's degree in educational psychology, I have been able to implement my knowledge within many aspects of education and training from informal street based drug work to formal classroom based teaching.
