  REPORT COURSE TOOL Theobjective is create a report tool to obtain all the information provided by the course to get closer to the objective of the course. This tool is useful to the students, teachers and managers.

  STUDY CASE: REPORTCOURSE TOOL Customerprofile: Public organization that impart formation for the workers of different public statements. Business Situation: The client needs a tool to centralize all the information provided by the course in an unique tool. All this data is composed by assignments, quizzes, surveys and SCORM packages. Due the poor tools that moodle has for centralizing all the information, this organization wants to get all that data provided by Moodle in his differents activity modules. The Challenge: The challenge is create a tool for centralizing all that data provided by the course in an unique tool. Other challenge is optimize the improvement of the tool to get the maximum performance Plus, add the possibility to export all that information to an Excel file, to give a global vision to the teachers and managers.

  STUDY CASE: REPORTCOURSE TOOL It was decided to do three views. One for the students to get the specific data for its achievement, other for the teachers to follow the progression of the students and other for the managements to follow the activity of the teachers. One of the most useful areas of the Report Tool are the nexts: ● Student’s progress in all the area courses of the SCORM packages ● Student’s progress in percentage reading the multiple SCORM pages with no tests ● Assignments submitted by the student ● Surveys submitted ● Final evaluation, which it represents if the student have all the criteria completed to get the course finalized. ● Dedicated time in the course Plus: ● A button to download the report in Excel format. ● Other areas with more relevant information for the teacher Solution: Profits: The students, teachers and managers can be informed for the recent data in real time.
