In an effort to keep the United States from playing an effective role in the war in Europe, Germany
offered Mexico the opportunity to regain Texas and other territories lost to the United States during
the nineteenth century, in return for a Mexican declaration of war against the U.S. The telegram
backfired, as its release by British authorities brought the U.S. closer to war with Germany. Tactically,

Born in 1889 in Indiana, Herbert O. Yardley began his career as a code clerk in the State Department.
He accepted a Signal Corps Reserve commission and served as a cryptologic officer with the
American Expeditionary Forces in France during the First World War. In the 1920s he was chief of MI
8, the first U.S. peacetime cryptanalytic organization, jointly funded by the U.S. Army and the
Department of State. In that capacity, he and a team of cryptanalysts exploited nearly two dozen

Good Morning all, welcome to this Beyond Belief presentation of Trinity artwork. I am Eloise Daly
and my watercolour painting is titled A Cosmic Trinity . I chose this art form to express my concept of
the Trinity because it flows easily, like how each reflection of God can relate to the essence of God.
This artwork is representational; it was chosen because the trinity can be clearly represented. In this
piece, the Earth is the centre of the artwork to signify how God watches over us. The Father as the
creator of life, the Son as the flesh of God, and the Holy Spirit as the love and spirit of God. The
Trinity is enclosed by an illuminated triangle in a boundless expanse of space to represent the faceless
Godhead.

mind. The United States of America is not immune to this type of horrific behavior. America is the

trafficking is modern day slavery that involves the use of force, fraud, or coercion to obtain some type

The second population group is adults, age 18 or over, induced into commercial sex through force,
fraud, or coercion. And lastly, the third population group is children and adults induced to perform
labor or services through force, fraud, or coercion. When it comes to the background of sex trafficking
victims there is no one certain type of victim. These victims come in all shapes and sizes and come
from diverse communities all across this country. All victims have different socioeconomic

which fifty six percent of prostituted women were initially runaway youth and similar numbers had
