2007 Annual Report
COMBINED STATEMENT OF FINANCIAL POSITION
Dear Friends of 4C,
For nearly four decades Community Coordinated Care for
Children, Inc. (4C) has been your Child Care Resource &
Referral partner in Central Florida. In 2007 we were presented
the opportunity to expand services and act in the same role in
Southwest Florida.
There have been many highlights since our inception in
1969, but we are most proud of the children and families
we have been able to touch. 4C has remained a proponent
of quality early learning services. Accredited by the Council
on Accreditation (COA) since 1999, we stand committed
to financial, administration and management integrity in
everything we do.
Through the Head Start, Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten and Early
Learning programs, thousands of children are prepared to
enter school ready to learn. Knowing that children prosper
in quality environments, our education professionals support
the child care infrastructure with trainings and workshops. In
addition, the Child Care Food Program ensures children thrive
during the day by serving millions of nutritional meals a year
in child care facilities.
As you review the annual report, know that we are grateful for
all of the continued support we have received in “Caring for
Our Future Today.”
Sincerely,
Community Coordinated Care for Children, Inc. (4C)
and the 4C Foundation, Inc.

“
The 4C program has truly been a blessing.
Without it, I would be in a dead end cycle that
would lead to nowhere...As a result, I am able to
attend school and better myself for me and my two
boys. Being a single parent isn’t easy. Thank you.”
“
With 4C I have received much satisfaction and peace
of mind in knowing that I can leave my child in a safe
and responsible place. Thanks 4C.”
