Boston Cloud Meetup - IBM Containers
Docker allows for lightweight virtualization and portable deployment of applications. Bluemix provides a private Docker registry, management GUI and CLI, access to cloud services, and deployment pipelines for building and deploying Docker containers at scale on IBM's cloud. The presentation demonstrates deploying a sample chat application to Bluemix using Docker containers for portability and scalability.
