 There is no denying that an engaged, skilled and motivated workforce is
essential to growth. Today, organizations must drive toward strategic
outcomes and measurable improvements in their business operations
 A greater focus on her human capabilities by virtue of developing their competencies and skill
sets has never been more important in helping it deliver on its goals

 On-Boarding Programs
 On-boarding is a strategic process of bringing a new employee to the organization
and providing information, trainings, mentoring and coaching through out the
transition. Research and conventional wisdom both suggests that employees get
about 90days to prove themselves in a new job. The faster the new hires feel
welcome and prepared for their jobs, the faster they will be able to contribute to
achieving the firms objectives
