INSPECTION ACCOMPLISHMENTS •Removal, inspection and repair combustion hardware. •Combustion Inspection includes combustion liners, flow sleeves,transition pieces, crossfire tubes and fuel nozzles components. •A borescope inspection of first-stage nozzle partitions and buckets should be made during the combustion inspection to note any wear or deterioration of these parts.
- 5. •It is recommended that replacement parts be available for installation at the completion of the Combustion Inspection. •The removed parts can then be inspected, serviced or replaced for use at the next inspection.
