Computer science education or computing education is the field of
teaching and learning the discipline of computer science, and
computational thinking. The field of computer science education
encompasses a wide range of topics, from basic programming skills to
advanced algorithm design and data analysis.
Introduction
COMPUTER
Computer
Education
Computer education is the study of computers,
their software, functions, and the programs that
they operate on. It is learning how to use a
computer. Basic computer-using abilities to
complex programming skills are all included in
computer education.
CPU
A CPU is hardware that performs data
input/output, processing, and storage functions
for a computer system. A CPU can be installed
into a CPU ...
ALU
A control unit works by receiving input
information which it converts into control
signals, which are then sent to the central
processor
CU
Memory is basically a device that has the
capacity to store information. A memory
unit is the amount of data that the
memory can hold.
MU
An arithmetic-logic unit is
the part of a central
processing unit
PART OF COMPUTER
A CPU is hardware that performs
data input/output, processing, and
storage functions for a computer
system. A CPU can be installed
into a CPU .

01
A computer monitor is an
electronic device that shows
pictures for computers. Monitors
often look like smaller televisions.
MONITOR
02
A computer keyboard is an input
device used to enter characters
and functions into the computer
system by pressing buttons, or
keys.
KEYBOARD
03
A mouse is used to select items
on the screen and to give
instructions to your computer to
perform tasks.

MAIN FRAME COMPUTER
CLASSIFICATION OF COMPUTER
A microcomputer is a complete
computer on a small scale,
designed for use by one person
at a time.
minicomputer, computer that was
smaller, less expensive, and less
powerful than a mainframe or
supercomputer but more
expensive and more powerful
than a personal computer.
A mainframe computer,
informally called a mainframe or
big iron, is a computer used
primarily by large organizations
for critical applications
A supercomputer is a type of
computer with a high level of
performance as compared to a
general-purpose computer.
STORAGE
STORAGE DEVICE:
The most common ones include hard disk drives (HDDs), solid
state drives (SSDs), universal serial bus (USB) flash drives,
memory cards, and network-attached storage (NAS) devices.
Permanent Storage
Permanent storage, also called persistent storage, is any
computer data storage device that retains its data when
it's unpowered.
Secondary Storage
Secondary storage, sometimes termed auxiliary
storage, refers to the storage of data that is not
accessed frequently as the data in primary storage.
MEMORIES OF COMPUTER
Memory refers to the electronic components used by computers
to store data and instructions that can be accessed quickly by
the processor. It allows you to store and retrieve information for
various computing tasks.
RAM (RANDOM ACESS MEMORY
RAM is a type of volatile memory that stores data and instructions
actively used by the computer. RAM provides quick access to
information, allowing the processor to read and write data rapidly.
ROM (READ ONLY MEMORY
ROM is a type of non-volatile memory that contains firmware or
software instructions that are permanently stored and cannot be
modified by normal computer operations.
PRINTER
A computer is an electronic device that takes input from
the user, processes it, and gives the output. A computer
processes the data at a very high speed and with high
accuracy. It processes the input according to the set of
instructions provided to it by the user and gives the desired
output quickly.
IMPACT PRINTER
mpact printer refers to a class of printers that work by
banging a head or needle against an ink ribbon to make a
mark on the paper.
IMPACT PRINTER
Non-impact printers create pictures, characters, and
figures without any uninterrupted contact between the
printing device and the paper.
