Project Goal:
 To recognize “contributor qualities” in action and
understand why contributors are wanted / sought after
by all who work with them.
STEP 1
 We have interviewed the Head Of EC Department
Dr.Bhaskar Thakker.
STEP 2
 We have asked the following questions for conducting
our interview:
Question 1
 For any important project / assignment, what are the
qualities you look for in the people you want in your
team?
 Having good technical knowledge
 Experience
 Sincerity
 Honesty
 Culture
Question 2
 If you had an important assignment to get done, is there
any one person you would definitely want in the team?
 Must have knowledge of that task
 Dedication
 Managerial qualities
 Accepting and improving mistakes
 E.g. Sankar Parmar, Rahul Goradia, etc.
Question 3
 What are the expectations do you have with the
students?
 Rules
 Maintain Hierarchy
 Multidimensional personality
Question 4
 Is there any improvement required in education system?
 Overall development
 Life orientation
 Developing Industrial Opportunities
 Faculty training programme
STEP 3
 We conclude that :
 The qualities that an employer / Leader looks
for in his/her people:
 Human Concern
 Respecting the Values
 Mixture of Managerial and Logical approach
