PRODUCTION COMPANY
• A production company provides the physical basis for works in the realms of the
performing arts, new media art, film, television, radio, and video.
DIRECTOR
• a film director controls a film's artistic and dramatic aspects, and finalises the script
while guiding the actors and other sectors of a film in the fulfillment of that vision they
imagined. The director has a key role in choosing the cast members, production sites,
and the creative aspects of filmmaking.
CASTING DIRECTOR
• The casting director is the person who selects actors to play the various roles.
Sometimes a part is written with a particular actor in mind, but usually not
PRODUCERS
• Producers plan and coordinate various aspects of film production, such as selecting
script, coordinating writing, directing and editing, and arranging financing.
CO PRODUCER
• A co-producer has less responsibility than a producer for the completion of a project
but works with the producer.
MUSIC
• A music director creates scores that match accordingly to the emotion that is trying to
be portrayed by the cast on screen. The music is meant to give added effect to a
certain scene as it gives the audience more to absorb in terms of information and
senses.
ADDITIONAL MUSIC
• Music that is created by someone which is not part of the main score for the film.
EDITOR
• The editor works closely with the director, To ensure that the story flows effortlessly
from beginning to end. Each shot is chosen and edited into a series of scenes, which
are in turn assembled to create the finished film.
DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY
• A director of photography is responsible for achieving artistic and technical decisions
related to the image by positioning the angle and length of the camera whilst also
having an input into what the varies setting for the film should be.
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
• The executive producer may be concerned with management accounting and/or with
associated legal issues (like copyrights or royalties). An executive producer generally
contributes to the film's budget and may or may not work on set.
