- 2. “ KEMENPORA DATANGI FIFA PADA 24 MEI “ Before I analyze this discourse about” Kemenpora VS FIFA pada 24 Mei” I would like to share you about background of the Issue that happen in the news. Based on hot news in entertaiment ( Media Television ) and newspaper that I already have read and follow this news about MENPORA VS PSSI which both of fortification hostile about the problem around football in Indonesia. The Beginning of the problem that happen dualism PSSI in 2012 which there are have two competition : 1. Liga Super 2. 2. IPL (Indonesia Primer League )

I found the article in newspaper RIAU POS Ahad, 17 Mei 2015 in page 11 about Total Sport entitled “ Kemenpora Datangi FIFA pada 24 Mei “ I choose this tittle because I’m very interested to analyze this discourse and related with my knowldge around football. Based on my lecturer Mr. Budi Hammudin taught about Discourse analysis, in discourse on media we should aware to faced the news about anything and I still remember when he gave explanation about how the way we analyze on picture not only see in one point of view, but in overall side. Both of competition not running well because there are team IPL which cloned before competition , it should be only team that already to follow Liga Super Competition. Start form PSSI competition in the First level, so that situation in PSSI is not condusive, so to clarify and solve the problem, there is KPSI ( Komite Penyelamat Sepakbola Indonesia ) lead by Ir. H. Lanyala M. Mattaliti which begin a congres and the problem can be clarify and both of fortification already clear that time which helped by Roy Suryo as a Menpora in 2014.

Micro structure as similar with Textual analysis which in the content we will know about what the discourse say or what wants to be said with the discourse characterization of the discourse,In micro structure we should see language use, verbal interaction and communication. In this discourse I think the choosing word “ Datangi “ unappropiate because it as though challenge FIFA . And also in this discourse Ithink the writter use implisit meaning in a text, and also use indirect communication to get information from the source Gatot.S. Dewa Broto by a message. In Discourse Gatot.S. Dewa Broto explained that Kemenpora will be send a letter to FIFA on Monday 18/5 and Kemenpora have schedule to go to Swiss with transition team PSSI. But,Kemenpora will be make a meeting to discuss about the purpose and task each member in Swiss. And I saw that our president Jokowi doesnt distinct in this problem when he gets interviewed in one of news that not favoring anyone but, it looks like he support Menpora, whereas he said in his statement “ Football is an achievement, unifer, and entertaining people,but unfortunately that’s only a statement. Factor - X in here means that Menpora want to registing Persebaya 27 because there are any politic agreement. When Imam Nahrowi wanna be DPR – RI candidate, he uses Persebaya members.

And I as a secretary team in SSB Rumbai Junior concern with the problem in football Indonesia because it will kill the characters and skill for young children and teenegers in working especially in football.
