Exarca will act as your firm’s Chief Financial Officer, overseeing your current accounting staff, preparing monthly financial statements, budgets and forecasts and assist in managing your banking relationships. We will prepare a comprehensive monthly financial report, detailing your operating results, variance to budget and financial condition, focusing on areas of importance in a concise easy to read format. - 4. Some of the additional, specific services provided by Exarca include (but are not limited to): Reconciling all accounts on a monthly basis. Working with the payroll company to ensure proper labor allocation and tracking for posting to General Ledger, along with tracking the collection and remittance of associated taxes and fees. Closing the books on a monthly basis by analyzing transactions and financial results, making appropriate adjustments as needed, and providing a complete set of customized financial statements and monthly Management Report customized to best‐suit our clients’ needs. These are typically determined by our clients’ market, focus areas, recent trends, and future goals. Creating, maintaining and reporting on Budgets, forecasting with comparison to actual reports. We will work with you in the design of Budgets and Strategic planning tools in order to establish financial goals, targets and measurements and key business metrics, for both the business and your personal financial plan. Develop postings/processes within the general ledger accounts, as required to track all transactions, profitability analysis as required to properly report for management and dashboard reporting. Implementing and reviewing Profit Center reporting for operating division. Working with you on the implementation Financial and Metrics based reporting. Training our clients’ personnel on areas which will enhance the procedural flows, while helping in designs which will streamline the function, along with the strengthening of internal accounting controls. Reviewing current processes and procedures and design and implement system changes to insure that proper controls and approvals are in place. We will train your personnel on any modified procedures, as required. Both the training and the procedural flows will be designed to streamline the function, along with the creation of internal accounting controls. Reviewing operating costs to isolate areas where costs can be reduced. Acting as your financial representative and consultant throughout the engagement with banks and other lending institutions as required. Preparing work papers, journal entries, schedules, Trial Balances and other information pertaining to the fiscal year ended December 31, for the preparation of the Year End Tax and Financial Statements. Compiling Year End Financial Statements, for use in the preparation of the Year End Report. Working in conjunction with your tax professionals, in tax planning and tax preparation for tax returns for entities listed above.
