 expenditures per year.
 WHO  recommends developing countries to
  spend about 5% of its GNP.

 Phil= spent only as high as 3.44% of GNP in
  1997
     In 2003 = 2.9% in GNP
 South
      Korea and New Zealand spend above
 the WHO recommended rate of 5%

 Hong    Kong = near 5%

 Philippines   and Thailand = less5%
     In 2001 lowest percentage spent for health 3.20%

 personal health.
