- 2. Integrated Logistics Solutions What are Flexi-Tanks? Flexi-Tanks are storage solutions made from layers of polyethylene. The bladders are coated in a final layer of woven polypropylene to improve structural integrity. They are used as direct replacements for drums and IBCs that are typically used for container shipping. Flexi-Tanks can store up to 24,000 liters and are suitable for shipping containers measuring 20 ft. in length. With a flexible tank, you can convert a standard container used for dry goods into the perfect liquid container. Because tanks expand to fill space within a container, they maximize efficiency, which can help to reduce your overall costs.

Integrated Logistics Solutions Why Flexi Tanks? • Cost Efficient : The cost of using a flexi tank is one third of what would be incurred for traditional methods such as drums/IBC tanks etc. • Carry more Payload : You maximize the space within a container so each container can carry a higher volume of your product. Flexi-tanks can carry 15% more payload than what is carried by IBCs, 44% more than drums and 50% more than bottles, so they are economically more viable to use. • Improve Handling Speed and increased loading efficiency : It does not require the use of a forklift to load or unload containers which makes loading and unloading faster and also cheaper as compared to the cost of using drums and IBCs.
