Lines are infinite in length and have no thickness. They are represented by two points, like (QS) or (SQ). Segments are finite parts of a line between two endpoints, written as [RB] or [BR]. Rays have one endpoint and extend infinitely in one direction, written as [CD). Points are locations in space with no size, represented by capital letters like A. Collinear points lie on the same line, while noncollinear points cannot all be connected by a single line.

- 2. Lines A line is a series of points that extends in two opposing directions without end. Lines have no thickness. Q S Read it as: “Line QS” or “Line SQ” Write it as: (QS ) or (SQ)
