Executive - Talent Acquisition :
Responsible for Acquiring talents for entry and middle level open positions in coordination with
HR Business Partners and Line Managers. Receive request from Hiring manager.
Raising request in VE(Virtual Edge) – ATS post receiving the position from hiring manager.
Generate externalprofiles through various cost effective channels like employee referralschemes,
head hunting, creating databases of key roles by market mapping, job boards, Walk in, Social
network etc
Screening applicants over telephonic interview to checkthe suitability of the candidate with the job
requirement.
Scheduling interviews with hiring manager and collecting the Interview Assessment sheet post the
interview for all the interviewed candidates.
Collect salary details and references from candidates for preparing salary proposal.
Responsible for Salary Negotiation on the basis of Internal & external grade and compensation
benchmarking.
Release offer letter to candidate and close position in VE( ATS).
Regular follow up with offer accepted candidates for pre & post joining formalities to ensure
compliance in place by proper documentation.
