How I wake up happy,
almost every morning
Before:
• Morning temper
• …until noon
Now:
    • Happy that I can get out of bed
• Thankfull for the new opportunity's

     • I had a job, but was unhappy

                  Now:
        • I fucking love my job!

                       NO Stress




 Stress = 3 possibilities
 • Self-induced
 • Keep it away from me
 • Listen to what I say, do what I tell you to do,
   and stress will go away
               (crisismanagment)

              I only do things I like




 And the things I don’t like but have to do,
 I make fun…

 Like doing the dishes.

                              Put on some music!

   Every season has it’s beauty.



                                   Every thing has it’s beauty.



 Every person has it’s beauty.




Take that beauty and use it to make you happy

                 Do what makes you happy


  Yoga? Karate? Sauna?



                               Gaming? Watching movies?
                                     Eating chips?

 Drinking a beer with mates?
       Or on your own?

      Make choices,
     And live by them.




       Don’t look back

        What happened,
          Happened.




     Don’t try to chance the past.
       Take your responsibility

     Stand up for what you believe in.




         But be open to other opinions,
         And learn from those opinions…

           Get rid of energy-predators




       Feeling tired after a long talk with a “friend”?
 Fed up with another gossip about you, your boy/girlfriend?
    Maybe you need to cut some people out of your life.

  Surround yourself with positive people




        Positive+positive=double positive.
          You give AND receive energy

           Take a nap!




      And don’t feel bad about it.
