cognitive tests such as the Woodcock Johnson Test of Achievement and the Wechsler Adult

I was informed that many of your staff are unclear as to why and how the program they are providing
services in is supposed to operate (Integrated Day, vocational training, assessments, skill building ,
employment searching)?????
I was informed yet again that many of the ISS/PS staff are driving EPIC vans during day hours
limiting the use of vans within programs?
A report ran for the time period( 5/1 5/27 indicates that over 70 % of your staff are not logging into or
have not logged into Therap????
I asked three different staff what they would do if there was issue with their van... they indicated they
would probably call management what was really unclear....
On Friday Christina and I met with one of the staff downstairs who clearly have issue with you for
some reason... he reports that he feels you have a respect and communication issue when dealing with
the team... I did of course take the lead with the responses as Christina is new to the organization.
After the staff departed I chatted with Christina and she wasn t familiar with all the reported issues but
did indicate that many of the staff are struggling with accountability and task
