- 2. Design. We offer full design services in-house, covering the entire process from conceptual design to technical design specifications. We also frequently collaborate with client’s preferred design agencies. Engineering. Our key competence lies in innovatively (value) engineering and prototyping of the products until final approval. Sound engineering enables efficient production and ensures a smooth roll-out at a low cost of ownership. We collaborate with the client’s in-house design teams and/or design agencies for an effective transition from design concept to the 3-D realization. CREATION
- 3. Production. In order to provide competitive pricing and flexibility, we produce in Europe and Asia. We strongly believe that quality is key and has to reflect the brand image. Production procedures are in place to guard the quality standards. As from an environmentally responsible perspective, the consideration is given to energy consumption in all production processes, from packaging to end-of-life disposal. PRODUCTION
- 4. Roll-out. To manage the roll-out process the following services are being provided by our dedicated servicedesk team: Logistics - Direct delivery to client’s warehouse(s) - Stock management and deliveries to various retail sites An ordering web tool is in place to manage this process Assembly For easy product assembly on site a do-it-yourself leaflet can be included in the packaging. In case a concept requires a dedicated installation, we are able to provide: - Installation manual - Maintenance kit - Training program for client’s local installation teams ROLL-OUT
