- 4. Warehousing At JHSEIKO CASTING & Forgings Ltd we have dedicated warehousing facilities, currently housing over 2500 pallets of stock. Manufactured components are held in stock, enabling immediate despatch, for customers requiring orders on a 'call off' basis*. Each warehouse is equipped with fully calibrated weighing equipment, label printers, stock tracking capabilities and packaging materials. This is just one of the differences between JHSEIKO CASTING & Forgings and other manufacturing companies. We can offer a complete and comprehensive package of services to help you, allowing you to concentrate on your core activities. *Subject to our standard terms, conditions of sale and credit approval. Stocking contracts may be subject to minimum draw down of stock and buy back clauses. Material Stocks Material stock is considered a valuable resource at JHSEIKO CASTING & Forgings. By having dedicated warehousing holding over 250 tonnes of stock, we have the capacity to purchase material in larger more economical volumes, minimising the requirement for multiple deliveries from suppliers.

Receives the quotation and pay for mold,place order Receives the enquiry for the offer to quote. Accreditations JHSEIKO Casting & Forgings Ltd has been approved by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance to the following standard: Quality Management System ISO 9001 :2008 Component traceability is ensured by individual cast identification supported by all levels of certification. We offer Certificates of Conformity through to BS EN 10204 2.1, 2.2, 3.1 and independent inspection to BS EN 10204 3.2. Quality plans, first article and dimensional inspection reports are available upon request. JHSEIKO Casting & Forgings Ltd is assessed and registered by ACS Registrars Ltd against the following standards: iso 14001 approved forging engineering company Environmental Management ISO 14001:2004 Health & Safety Management OHSAS 18001:2007 The scope of registration is: "The manufacture, testing and supply of a wide variety of forged, fabricated & machined components including:- hooks, shackles, eyebolts, structural bolts fasteners, components for the engineering industry lashing, non-standard metal components, gates, railings, automated security products, artistic ironwork components and odd-works". CE Approved EN 15048-1:2007 EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 CE marking demonstrates a product’s compliance with applicable EU legislation and its legitimacy to be placed on the market within the European Market. As of the 1st of July 2014 CE marking became mandatory for fabricated structural steelwork components. Our approval permits the supply and distribution of Non-Preloaded and Preloaded High Strength Bolting Assemblies.
