This study evaluated the impact of kinesthetic movement through the use of Kinems educational games on the academic and non-academic skill development of 75 students with disabilities, particularly those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Results showed significant improvements in skill mastery and retention when the games were used consistently, highlighting the effectiveness of kinesthetic learning and the need for authentic data collection methods in special education. The analysis also uncovered otherwise hidden learning challenges that traditional assessment methods may overlook.
