Talent Management
• Facilitated talent planning sessions to elevate business performance by focusing on identifying top, critical and
diverse talent and succession planning.
• Owned senior leader Assignment Management process, conducting internal talent searches within Global
Commercial Banking and across lines of business to build talent pools for open and critical roles. Placed
approximately 35 employees in open roles. Launched top talent showcase to support cross-pollination of critical top
talent - process recognized as best in class across Bank of America. Designed Management Effectiveness process
for Global Treasury Services (GTS) and was recognized as best practice for other lines of business.
Career Development
• Designed and deliver customized virtual career management series: Managing and Owning Your Career, for all
employees and Coaching and Developing Your Employees for managers. End-to-end ownership: content design,
communications, inviting and prepping guest speakers, logistical set-up and feedback results.
• Designed and delivered Leading and Managing Through Change for mid-level managers to enable managers to
deliver tough messages during turbulent times.
• Developed Managing Your Career website to enable all employees to locate resources in a centralized location.
Employee Engagement
• Served on Global Commercial Banking (GCB) employee engagement core team to drive employee engagement
strategy and action planning.
• Created and reviewed storyboards and executive summaries for leaders to interpret survey results, share those
results with their teams and to aid business leaders in their action planning efforts.
• Conducted small focus group sessions to delve deeper into survey results to aid in action planning efforts.
• Revamped GCB intranet website to allow for easier access to tools.
Performance Management
• Designed approach, toolkits, communications in support of Goal Setting, Mid-Year, Preliminary Year-End and Year-
End Review performance management milestones.
• Partnered to develop goal setting development planning toolkit to enable employees to write actionable and
measurable goals.
Onboarding & Assessment
• Led Dealer Financial Services skills assessment project. Partnered with HR Generalist, Sales Performance
Executive and survey vendor to administer eight assessments to 300 employees. Analyzed results and established
learning solutions for participants as well as coaching and feedback seminars for managers of participants.
• Created 360 process, communication plan, report status timeline and marketing material; created heatmaps, T-
Charts and other tools for LD Client Managers and HR generalists to use during coaching sessions.
• Partnered with HR generalists to draft on-boarding plans for senior level executive, external hires and internal
transfers; developed mid-level on-boarding plan template for use by hiring managers.
• Developed intranet on-boarding website to enable business leader’s easier access to tools.
• Conducted Key Stakeholder Review including interviews and report writing for senior executive and delivered on-
boarding feedback.
