UPS, FedEx, and USPS are increasing shipping rates in January 2022. UPS Air and International services will increase by 4.9% on average through a 6.9% rate increase partially offset by a 2% reduction in fuel surcharges. FedEx Express rates will rise 5.9% on average, with a 2 point reduction in fuel surcharges partially offsetting.
