The AUA Mark of Excellence recognizes higher education institutions' commitment to professional development for staff in alignment with AUA values and CPD frameworks. It involves a structured process for assessment and support, encouraging continuous improvement and equality in professional practices. Organizations can renew their Mark of Excellence every three years by demonstrating ongoing commitment and addressing developmental areas identified during assessments.
