Cherries in sweet syrup
Cherry even during heavy winters, resembles summer days. That is why it is worth sacrificing one
or two days to close the treasures of summer into jars. You do not need extraordinary skills to
prepare a cherry marmolade. Nothing can go wrong with this recipe!
Taste cherries closed in a jar.
Ingriedients::
2 kg of cherries
2.5 kg of sugar
A method of preparing:
Wash the fruit, take the drupels out. Put in a large pot and fill 1.5 kg of sugar. Cook until everything
will boil,but not on a heavy fire,gently. Then leave it to cool (it will take about 12 hours).
After this time, add the remaining sugar and boil the whole again. When you reach the boiling
point, let it cool again.
When the whole has cooled down, pour the juice into bottles and leave the cherries 24 hours at
room temperature. Cook, Az to boil and put into jars. Do not forget about pasteurization!
Cherries in syrup are perfect for desserts!
