The objective is to create a tool for all the users to
give them all the facilities for localizing their next
class, this helps the users for studying and
planning the day.

STUDY CASE: SCHEDULE TOOL
Customerprofile:
Medium institution that imparts university grades
and secondary education.
Business Situation:
The client needs a tool to give the students the
facilities of follow a schedule for planning their
studies.
Actually the platform has an old method that is
external to the Moodle platform.
For a complete solution, the schedule shows for the
students, the subject, the classroom and the teacher.
The Challenge:
The challenge is create a full communication
between the tool created in the Moodle system and
their external administration tool.
The system has to retrieve the data according to the
role of the user based on their studies.

The solution is create an easy tool for the users for achieve their goals planning their studies day a day. We’ve designed a
view common for all the users, uniquely filtering the data by role.
Here are the possibilities for the users:
● Easy access via the main menu
● Fresh design for an attractive experience.
● Provide different information for each role.
● The possibility of changing the view for the first half of
the semester or the second half of the semester.
● Possibility of printing the schedule for carry it.

The students, teachers and managers now can watch their subjects and planify their days.
