  My Skills auditat the beginning of A2 I currently rate my ability in the creative use of the following technical skills as: Filming 1 2 3 4 Holding a shot steady Framing a shot, including and excluding elements where appropriate Using a variety of shot distances as appropriate Shooting material appropriate to the task set Selecting mise–en-scene, including colour, figure, lighting, objects and setting Editing so that meaning is apparent to the viewer Using varied shot transitions and other effects selectively and appropriately for the task set Using sound with images and editing appropriately for the task set Using titles appropriately I set myself these technical skills targets, when I begin the A2 Coursework: 1. I will work more effectively to do new things 2. I will pay attention to song lyrics in order to make the video relate to what is being said in the song. I currently rate my ability to research and analyse media texts as follows: Research and analysis 1 2 3 4 I can recognise a genre by identifying its particular patterns of codes and
