Nb our house
- 1. OUR HOUSE
- 2. My bedroom I have a small comfortable bedroom. I always do my homework here. In my bedroom there are two beds. There are bookshelves above the beds. My sister and I love reading books. Under the bookshelves there are two pictures of my family and me. Next to the beds there is a desk with a computer, a clock, a TV, and games. Next to the desk there is a window. It is has a good view. I sometimes look out of the window in the morning. In front of the beds there is a toy box. My sister plays with them at the weekends, because during the week she goes to school. Next to the toys there is a closet with my clothes and my complements. I like my bedroom. It is my favourite room, because I love playing computer games at the weekend and I like playing with my sister in my bedroom.
- 3. My daughter's room. There are two floors. On the ground floor there is a bedroom. Next to the door there is a bed with the shape of a princes's carriage. On the left, in front of the bed there is a desk with a lot of crayons, pencils and colouring books. Next to the desk there is a door, it is a small bathroom. There is a sink, a bathtub and the toilet. In front of the bathroom, next to the bed there is a big wardrabe. There is a mirror on the wall, betwen the window and the wardrobe. On the left, on the other side of the window there is dresser. Next to it there are some stairs that go up to the first floor. There is a big kid’s room with a lot of light because there are two big windows in the ceiling. The floor is carpeted and the walls are pink, the same as the walls on the ground floor. There are some photographs of herself and a lot of Disney's posters. My daughter enjoys playing with her toys. I like this room. My partner and I spend a lot of time here playing, reading and listening to music with our daughter.
- 4. My Kitchen This is my kitchen. It's my favourite room in my home. It's quite big and comfortable. I spend a lot of time here. There are many cupboards because I have many pots. There is a fridge (hidden, on the right) next to the oven, the microwave is above the oven, a cooker, a sink. There is a small wine cupboard on the left. On the countertop there is a coffee maker, a fruit bowl… and the TV is on the wine cupboard. In the foreground there is a table and there are four chairs. Behind the table, on the right, there is a bow window, there are two chairs and a small table. I like having a coffee there while I enjoy the view. A glass door separates the kitchen from the dining room. I enjoy cooking for my family and baking a cake, for example, it makes me happy!
- 6. My son’s room This is my son's bedroom. He spends a lot of time in it. It's bright, big and entertaining. On the walls there are some animals and a lot of stars. A mouse is climbing a mountain of books, and some foxes are reading a tale. His bed is big too, on it there are the cuddlies to sleep with and some cushions. Above the bed, on the wall, there are two green pictures with his name. Across there, there is a chest of drawers with a white and modern lamp, some books and photographs on it. Above this, there is a shelf with more books and a yellow moneybox. On the floor, next to the chest of drawers there is Andrea's toys box. In it, he keeps his treasures. Between the bed and the chest of drawers you can see the balcony. In front of it there is a basketball hoop and a blackboard and on the floor, under the blackboard there is a blue rug. Andrea plays a lot in his bedroom because he loves it!
- 7. My Living Room This is my living room. Here, I relax and enjoy with my family and friends. It is small but very comfortable. My living room has only one picture, it is above the sofa. The sofa is grey, for two people, it has cushions of many colours: pink, green, white… On the right of the sofa there is a shelf , there are many books. On the left of the sofa there are two little tables with photos and flowers. In front of the sofa there is a table, and below it there is a white rug. Also there is a big TV. I like my living room because I spend a long time here every day.
- 8. My bedroom My bedroom is very big. In front of the bed there is a big window and thanks to it I can enjoy much light in my room. On the floor there are three green rugs next to the bed. Next to the bed there is also a picture. The walls are brown. On the ceiling there is a lamp. On the right of the window there is a big television on the wall. Under the window there is a radiator. There is a bathroom with a bathtub. On the right there is a bed and on the left there is a closet for clothes. In the bathroom there is a bathtub, a washbasin, a toilet a mirror and a window. I like my bedroom.
- 9. MY TERRACE I live in a block of flats in Gijon. My house is an attic. It means that I live on the top of my block. And my favourite room is the terrace. My terrace is very long and wide. There is a steel table and two chairs. In the background there are some plants. (My husband looks after them) And in the foreground there is a hardware closet. (In the picture you can't see it) My terrace has good views. You can see many blocks of flats and behind the flats you can see the mountains and the fields. When summer arrives we often have lunch in the terrace. It's very nice because there is a lot of sunshine and it's very hot there. After lunch I take out a banana chair, I lie in it and I sunbathe. Sometimes all afternoon!!!! I love my terrace and all my friends and family too. I always invite them and they are very happy there. I think that I
- 10. My bathroom This is a very special place of my home for me. It’s a wonderful place to relax and enjoy. In my bathroom in the middle of the wall there is a very big window with spectacular views of a nice, green garden with a lot of trees. In front of the window there is a white, long Jacuzzi bath. There are wooden stairs in front of the bath on the left. The stairs are elegant and comfortable, the bath is very high!!!! On the right there is a wall of grey and modern tiles. I hang my lovely bathrobe on the silver hook on the wall. Usually my warm slippers are under the bathrobe. On the left, in front of wooden wall there is a white armchair with a white tower. The armchair is very cool. I always use it for dressing and undressing. In the foreground there is a soft white rug. It’s my favourite place when I get home too tired from work. I light candles, take a glass of wine or read a good novel while taking a relaxing bubble bath.
- 11. My bedroom This is my room, it is very bright because I love light. The walls and furniture are white. In my room there is a big bed on the right of the bed there is a small table with a lamp. In front of the bed there is a T.V on the wall and under it there is a cupboard with a CD player. Above the T.V there are shelves with books and boxes. In the background there is a picture and on the left ther are more shelves. Behind the wall there is a closet. Although my room isn’t big I like spending time there because it’s cosy.
- 12. A SMALL HALLWAY This is a small hallway, behind it I have another hallway. On the left, there is a pyrography picture, with the chapel of Providence. After there is a room and then the bathroom. To the right there is a cobbler, with two wooden handmade trays by my father-in-law. On the wall there are three pyrography pictures too. In front there is some antique furniture with medieval carvings. Above the furniture and on the wall to the left, I have different objects, they are souvenirs from trips. The object that is hanging on the wall is a bag made with a pumpkin. The elephant and giraffe with spoon are gifts I brought them from a friend from Africa. The book is a box, the frog a musical instrument and the object on the right is a censer from India. Note.- pictures and frames are made by me
- 13. The hall in my house The wall is lemon green. On the wall there are four masks, I was collecting them in my trips. There are two mirrors, one big mirror ( one meter by meter and a half) . I have an ornamental lizard on the wall near the small mirror (ten centimetre circumference). At the back of the hall the is the bathroom door. On the left there is a shoe wardrobe, next to this door there is a closet with books. Near the door there is an umbrella stand in the foreground. On the right there is a rack, near the door there is a rustic wooden chest.
- 14. My living room This is my living room. It´s my favourite´s room house because it´s very nice. It has got a wood floor. It´s very warn in winter! The walls are white and there are nice pictures on them. At the end of the room, there are two big windows and the door to go out to the garden. It has got nice views. In front of, on the right, there´s a white sofa and next to it there is a small table with a lamp. On the living room table there´s also a vase on it with natural flowers and books. On the left, there is a white armchair too. My living room is my favourite place. In front of the sofa, there is an old TV on a small cupboard. Next to the cupboard, there is a library with five shelves with a lot of books and magazines.
- 16. My bedroom This is my room. It is tiny. It's quite luminous, but it's very warm. In my room there is a computer and a little television. Sometimes I watch my favourite movies there. There is also a shelf on the wall, where I place many books, DVDs and CDs. Without doubt, it's my favourite place. I always read here. Next to the shelf, there is a cushion, where I always read. On the shelf there are some boxes I use them to store my notes. Between the books and the boxes there is a pencil holder for my notes. In front of the shelf there is a window, on sunny day light comes in through it. I love my room. I spend a lot of time here working, reading or listening to music.
- 17. My bedroom It is small, and there is a lot of light in through the window. In my bedroom there is a window. On the left there is a nightstand. On the right , there is a nightstand, too. Near the closet there is a TV, near the TV, there is a mirror on the wall. I like my bedroom, with husband and my son at night.
