This document outlines the topics and timeline for the Advanced Portfolio in Media Studies project. It is divided into three sections: Research and Planning (20 marks), Construction of Ancillary and Main Task (60 marks), and Evaluation (20 marks). Research and Planning involves analyzing music institutions, genres, and products from July through January. Construction from September through December includes filming, editing, and creating a music video and promotional materials. Evaluation in January consists of a presentation and papers analyzing audience feedback, conventions used, and the application of media technologies.
