This document provides an activity sheet for a student named Gregory Bazile to help overcome common negative success indicators. It lists indicators such as making excuses, tardiness, avoiding responsibility, partying over studying, apathy, lack of focus or goals, pessimism, and social isolation. For each indicator, the student is instructed to develop at least two positive strategies to overcome the issue, such as assuming responsibility, leaving early to avoid tardiness, teaching self-discipline, prioritizing studying over partying, speaking to a therapist or friends about apathy, exploring interests to find focus and goals, surrounding oneself with optimistic people, and joining clubs or social gatherings to overcome shyness.
