• ZAT (Zero assessment test) will be conducted at the beginning of each semester and PAT (Post
assessment test) will be conducted at the end of each semester.
• Based on Zero/Post Assessment Test, out of 4 quadrants, we will identify the focus area
(Lowest result in LS/BS/Apti)
• Objective is to treat each and every student as independent subject to offer customized
training Intervention as per his/her specific need for career advancement
• Concerned Student will be offered 2 periods (50% of weightage of Training) in the focused area
and balance 1 period each will be allocated for the balance 2 attributes. Objective is to treat

CGS – Career Goal Sheet
• This survey is conducted to understand and record the students’ chosen career path i.e.
1. Placements/Jobs
2. Higher Education/Competitive exams.
3. Entrepreneurship
• Following this exercise, the students are counselled and put on a rigorous
training/workshop track.
• Specialized Integrated workshops in the final semester.
• Their progress is also monitored through ZAT & PAT.

1. SAGE SPEAK: "An inter-vertical competition featuring group discussions, debates and
team games to foster communication and teamwork."
2. SAGE ASCENT: "A workshop dedicated to guiding students on higher studies and
entrepreneurship, paving the way for future success.“
3. SAGE IGNITE: "A mentorship program designed to equip students with life skills and
corporate readiness under the guidance of experienced trainers.“
4. PROPEL: "A targeted workshop aimed at final year students to prepare them for
successful placements and career opportunities.“
5. PREAMBLE “ A series of career awareness workshops tailored for first-year students.
The primary aim is to familiarize students with the various career choices available to them
and to highlight how the training department will support them in achieving their career
goals.”
6. VOCABULUM: “A series of mini workshops. These sessions are planned and aimed to augment
vocabulary building and language proficiency and to make the students more career ready.
7. MISSION 100: “The Quest for 100% Student Engagement.”
8. SAGE LAUNCHPAD: “Company-Specific Training for Placement Success.”
9. SAGE TECHNICAL CHAPTERS: “Through various professional bodies and their sponsored
activities, students will be groomed further. This will be done by organizing international
