Learning Process Overall Objective of the learning process Participants develop a shared understanding of the key concepts, approaches and methods that will underpin further development and implementation of ICCO’s programme approach.
Learning Process Clarity of Assumptions Awareness of own beliefs and assumptions  Understand processes, methodologies and tools for working with partners Integrate wider situational analysis in intervention design  Enhance interpersonal communication, dialogue, and conflict management skills
Modules 1 Paradigms 2&3 Dialogue for Change 4 Designing and Facilitating MSPs 5 Institutional Transformation  8 Synthesis - Implications for Programme Approach  6 Theories of Change  7 Power, Conflict and Advocacy
What Can be Expected in a Day? Shared framework of concepts and methods Shared understanding of expected and good practice of ICCO Understanding of what is needed to realise individual and organizational competence Awareness of resources for further capacity learning and development
