- 2. Journal 1 It was the first class of my Social Psychology and my lecturer is Ms Pang Chia Yee. As this was our first class, she explains about what is Social Psychology, the assignment and quizzes. Ms Pang was given us a paper which is contain some question and we must pass up when class dismiss. Because this was our first class, we just meet Ms Pang so the whole class was just stay quiet. So, Ms Pang gives us a very famous experiment which is “The Shyness Scale.” Through this experiment, we can know the level of our shyness. The experiment was about each of us answering some questions with multiple choices which have a score of 0-4. After answering all the questions, we‟ll have to reverse all the score, like 0 equal to 4, and 1equal to 3 and follow by others. Then, we‟ll add the scores and find out the shyness level of ourselves. If the score is lesser than 8, that means you are less shy, if your score is higher than 20, you are shy. So, this is a very interesting class, I felt so excited and fun and I would like to learn and know more about it.
- 3. Journal 2 Today class is talk about describe who I am. In class, Ms Pang told us to describe ourselves, for example I‟m a boy, and I‟m a student and others. She gives us some times about maybe 10 minutes. Then we started to speak up who I am one by one. From this activity, I had realised that the people in society had divided into individual group based on the some characteristics such as outgoing, childish or others. We could hear many interesting and funny answer, and I know more their truth identity. Then, our lecturer gives us a video, the video is a song called „„I am.‟‟ Then, we form a group with 4 or 5 people, we talked about to describe „„we are what‟‟. For example like we are boys, we are happy and others. We can hear that each group got their own answer about who they are. It is quite fun and happy on that day, to let me know more about myself and I know more about my friends in class.
- 4. Journal 3 This lesson is talk about vision. Vision is the detection of light. The most important part of the eye was iris. It was a coloured structure of the eye that surrounding the pupil. So, we could saw things and many different colours. Next, is the talk about the effect of colour. The different colour can represent the person different type of mood. Then, I know the red colour is the most famous colour in our daily life. They choose red colour is because red colour easy to attract people attention. For example restaurant KFC, McDonald, Pizzahunt and others, they also use red colour in their restaurant logo to attract more customers. So through this lesson, I know red colour is the attractive colour combine to other colour and learn more about the colour that represent the mood of people.
