QIC MONTHLY MEETING
Presentation Outline
• Bi-weekly QIC virtual meetings
• QIC Weekly Dashboard review for selected
indicators (including best experiences and challenges)
• QIC Action progress status
• Site visit/ tracking
Bi-weekly QIC meeting overview
• The Bi-weekly QIC meeting was intended to provide a
feedback to the facilities on their performance through
the review of the dashboard and understanding
implementation challenges
• Started on 18th
/3/2022 and had run for 3 sessions
• Discussions are based on the review of the dashboard
QIC Weekly Dashboard review for selected
indicators
Experience sharing
Best experience are the following;
• Most clients are responding to their appointment dates (coming before or
on their appointment dates)
• Facility teams are committed, organized and have team spirit
• Reduction in IIT and increase in TX_CURR is realized in most facilities
• Facility teams are beginning to recognize the impact of the project on their
data
• Facility teams have acquired data monitoring and reporting skills from the
orientations conducted
Implementation challenges
The challenges faced by the facilities are the following;
• Large COV-client ratio
• Few phones for tracking clients
• Much workload on the CLO and appointment clerks
• Delay in airtime and COVs incentives
• Clients’ change of contact address
• Most of the clients not linked to COVs
• No/inadequate mentorship and on the job coaching

• This measures the implementation status of the QIC action plan
• QIC implementation next steps tracker is updated Bi-weekly by updating
each action point per facility
• Key responsible persons with activities not started are reminded after
updating the tracker
Site visit/ tracking
• Sites performance review is done on daily basis on the QIC South Sudan
platform as facilities post their daily updates
• Facilities’ reports are reviewed for correctness, completeness and accuracy of
reporting.
• Weekly QIC reports are generated from the facility and relayed to the QIC
using the existing M & E system
• Juba facilities are being visited for supportive supervision on weekly basis
meanwhile remote support is provided to the far facilities
• On site visit plan is in place pending approval of budget
