∼ Handling Day to day Sales/Purchase register, Routine Office Correspondence and Inter Branch
reconciliation with every 3rd
day being balance confirmation.
∼ Preparation of Financials on monthly basis for overseas reporting.
Banking Operations:
∼ Handling Banking Operations including liaising & follow up with Banks for the non-clearance of Cheque
with other queries and Daily Fund Position.
∼ Supervising Bank reconciliation Statements on Weekly basis, Fund Management for the future requirement
and Cash Flow Forecasting on weekly basis.
∼ Managing Freight Remittance and Detention Remittance to Overseas Agent.
∼ Perform Fund Management operations for all North Indian Branches.
Taxation:
∼ Handling Income Tax, TDS, Service Tax, ESI, EPF & other Statutory Acts.
∼ Submission of statutory returns to taxation authorities including Registration, Monthly Returns, Set-Off
Calculations etc.
∼ Managing indirect taxation and statutory assessments, liaising with Taxation Regulatory for Appeals and
Assessment procedures.
∼ Income Tax Assessment procedure including hearings and working papers with Tax Regulatory.
∼ Developing and maintaining templates for calculations and reconciliation of service tax (input credit and
output liability).
∼ Ensuring regulatory audits – service tax and others.

Budgeting:
∼ Overlooking yearly Budget making with deviations and new objectives set by the Management.

Finalization & Auditing:

MIS:

∼ Ascertaining compliance of Company’s/ Management Policies. Signing Bill of Lading other Company
